We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child. We have an older home and our 2nd floor bathrooms are not ideal size, however, we would like to keep their size but update them. Our house is traditional so, we want to keep that charm. Master has shower stall, toilet, sink other is full bath.
